thney all do that... not just in china... Hong kong and Singapore too, most chinese, they will seat on the aisle seat of a bus loaded with people and pretend they don't see you.. they will put a shopping bag or a lady's leader bag next seat and not 'even't offer you to seat and pretending not to notice you simply because they are cheap fishmongers and low class people, rude without etiquette nor sensibility go to Hong Kong, Singapore to see for yourself.. so they are all the same.. CHINA PEOPLE.

Actually old people have weak bones so that's why they can put stuff on their laps and they can't put at the floor cause no space

Damn her. there was once where I was sitting in the mrt with my sis and mom and suddenly, this two aunties come over and squish their damned asses between my sis and I. The whole row was full and they were like 'Never mind lah, can sit!' I was seriously pissed and I stepped on one of the aunties' shoes when I stood up. And the best part, I told my sis 'Wah lao eh! No seat then no seat lah!'
and those two, not even guitly. They're not old either! They're middle-age!
Damn them.
