Hwardo is a combination martial art using the best of TaeKwonDo, HapKiDo, KickBoxing, Karate, KungFu, Judo, and Weapons. World Champion 10th Degree Black Belt Grand Master HY Kwon and his sons Masters Kwon display proper Hwardo techniques that can be used to further your study in martial arts. See demonstrations of kicking, punching, sword techniques as well as demonstrations of concentration such as steel pins through arms and ability to balance on bed of nails while taking on physical challenges. Grandmaster displays breaking cinder blocks, training by punching and kicking metal bags, hammering nails with fists, and many other mixed martial arts techniques which will help develop a strong mind and body while learning the art of self defense.
