I don't think it was done with thrusters... He said he is using ent_fire.
just modify the physdamagescale and use the onhealthchanged and you can do most of that... no everything xD

you are right the force has to be stronger to be able to activate collision thrusters, maybe he uses different buttons to turn on the thrusters on the contraptions

Dunno about thrusters, but it did look like he was controlling most of that-things happenning that really didn't look physically feasible if it'd just been colission-based. Hell, the box only fell a few feet- there was never enough kinetic energy in that system to, for example, turn the bar.

Nope, u can just use the physical properties tool to change crate's physical properties to ice and it will slide that easy.

Reminds me when i had to insinerate my Companion cube. That would be funny if you still had this file or you make a new one and made it insinerate Companion cubes instead. Great Machine also.
This is all done with ent_fire, most of the motive energy comes from the airboat, which acts as a large thruster, and doors, which open and close, causing other stuff to move.
