Good points but people are too blissful in their ignorance to want to understand anything.
BTW: How do I rate a good video with a bad "About this video"?

From Dick Morris's article:
Most impressively, when he had to pass an income tax surcharge amid the drop in revenues after Sept. 11, 2001, he repealed it three years later when he didn't need it any longer.
He raised the sales tax one cent in 11 years and did that only after the courts ordered him to do so. (He also got voter approval for a one-eighth-of-one-cent hike for parks and recreation.)

From Dick Morris's article:
In Arkansas, the income tax when he took office was 1 percent for the poorest taxpayers and 7 percent for the richest, exactly where it stood when he left the statehouse 11 years later. But, in the interim, he doubled the standard deduction and the child care credit, repealed capital gains taxes for home sales, lowered the capital gains rate, expanded the homestead exemption and set up tax-free savings accounts for medical care and college tuition.

From Dick Morris's article 'Mike Huckabee is a Fiscal Conservative':
A recent column by Bob Novak excoriated Huckabee for a "47 percent increase in state tax burden." But during Huckabee's years in office, total state tax burden — all 50 states combined — rose by twice as much: 98 percent, increasing from $743 billion in 1993 to $1.47 trillion in 2005.

94 TAX CUTS.
While it sounds great it's just propaganda. I WAS Huckabee fan, I liked his laid back, change message. But I did research. His liberal message and way too polished message turned me off. Now I"m a Ron Paul supporter. Join the Movement--do research.

Actually, if you look up the 'Truth' Mike Huckabee was a tax and spender.
Delusions of grandeur aside, the people of Arkansas voted for improved roads by 80% but Governor Huckabee ALSO increased the gas tax, not to pay for those road bond but to bring more revenue into the government.
To bad people can't actually do there homework or they would know of the lies Mike Huckabee recites each time he is asked about this question.

All the New York / Wall Street / Liberal Republicans are trying to knee-cap Huckabee now before his campaign gets too much traction because they know as he gets more exposure, support for him will only grow. They don't want anyone to be in a position to derail the Giuliani nomination so they're looked for every damaging quote they can print to try to turn voters away from Huckabee while they still can.

Is the Club For Growth able to distinguish between the role of the federal government and the role of state government? Does the Club For Growth see a need for state governments to finance infrastructure and education? Should the state government allow the poor and marginalized to go without any health care? Or is the Club For Growth only worried about the Wall St. crowd, the bankers and the CEO's and to hell with the other 98% of the nation?
