After Kloppenburg was projected the winner by the AP in the Wisconsin state supreme court race, seen as a proxy race against Scott Walker's attack on union rights, everyone was stunned when 14,000 votes were added by a County Clerk named Kathy Nickolaus, who claimed she managed to misplace a whole town's votes . This was suspicious due to a history number of complaints and errors on Kathy Nickolaus's part . These issue include , 1) The suspicions due to the fact that the " discovery " not only swung the election but also put the race just barely past the amount needed to trigger a state-financed recount . (2) Nickolaus waited 24 hours to report the discovery . This makes it harder it harder to challenge and audit the integrity of the vote . (3) The partisan political history of Nickolaus and complaints . (4) Posser is a former boss of Nickolaus . Now Prosser and Kloppenburg have agreed to recounting ballots by hand and others electronically to resolve who won the April 5 election after 1.5 million ballots cast and Prosser only won by 7,316 . In addition Kloppenburg said she wants an independent investigator to look into the late voter results in the county Kathy Nickolaus is from .

  • @FriendlyGeekClassics The truth is that Klop has the right to call for a recount, that there are irregularities, and that kathy nickolaus has been noted as having less then impecable record keeping skills.

    You should look it up.

  • @gaddez well you cant handle the truth.

  • @FriendlyGeekClassics This coming from the gentleman who's first post was in all caps?

  • @gaddez i bet you think the twin towers was an inside job, that jfk was assasinated by the cia, and that we never landed on the moon either.

  • @FriendlyGeekClassics It wasn't overwhelming dude. It was by 0.488% which is within the .5% margin of error free recall. Further, there is reason to suspect that the votes may have been tampered with since the chain of custody was violated in multiple townships so the genuine accuracy is in question.

  • Although as a Democrat I honestly feel like Kloppenenburg lost, I also think it is not only essential to the Democratic system that they conduct a through investigation into the ethics of the Waukesha county voting process. Voter fraud does happen, and if we let it persist we're only further eroding the American Justice System.

  • SHAME!!! SHAME!!! SHAME!!! ON KLOPPENPIG AND ALL THE LITTLE KLOPPENPIGLETS!!!!THE PEOPLE HAVE OVERWHELMINGLY SPOKEN!!!
