Here's an easy recipe for the foundation to begin a pork loin for a home cooked meal. It has an added flair, but can be for a tradition pot roast too. You can substitute any meat for this recipe; be creative. This is part 1.

  • Quick question what'd u do with the pork,did u put it in there with olive oil? Until it it was half cooked and then take it out?

  • @dcarlson12206 I added the pork to a hot, non-stick pan without oil (but if your pan is not non-stick, you can add oil) to brown it lightly on all sides. The pork was undercooked. Then, I set it aside to saute' the vegetables (and fruit) .
