i wanna say the first time i heard this song which this morning i was extremely elated i love this song is there a style of music with this kind of off beat or is this the only kind of song that sounds like this

this song reminds me of summer; the hot nights, the sunset at Huntington beach, and just hanging around and staying up late until the sun came up, and just being in california, seeing as how i live here. no matter where i go, i'll eventually head back to the west coast<33
