Leslie was legendary with his junior and Sunn amps; a truly distinct, identifiable tone - heavenly, really - he could produce it live or on recordings. Now, later in his career, he chooses no-name guitars and soulless amplification and has a middle-of-the-road distorted tone indistinguishable from thousands of other guys. Leslie, please - go back and capture the magic again...

When I was young I got the windfall bird tattoo on my chest. I got to meet Leslie later in life and he asked if it hurt to get it burned into my chest and I said yes and we all laughed! After Felix passed I saw Leslie perform this song and he cried like a baby, and so did I. Great tune, Great Band, Great times. Thanks for posting!!!
