DNC and Obama Move to have Case Dismissed

DEFENDANT DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEES
AND DEFENDANT SENATOR BARACK OBAMAS
MOTION TO DISMISS
Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6), defendants Democratic National
Committee and Senator Barack Obama respectfully move the Court for an order
dismissing the Complaint on the grounds that this Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction
over the claim asserted and that the Complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can
be granted.
Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1, accompanying this Motion is a Brief in Support of
Motion to Dismiss and a proposed Order.


The Motion has not been Granted by the Court.

Yes, I have also heard the exact opposite. There are stories claiming the marriage to his first wife was only a tribal marriage, and not legally binding. Until we can see Obama's original birth records, we only have his word to go on. He might not even be the son of either parent. There are stories in Indonesia, saying he was born in Irian or West Papua, a province in eastern Indonesia.

BORN IN THE USA?

Bombshell: Orders revoked

A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.

We won! We won before we even arrived, she said with excitement. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate they cannot fight it.

i believe he does not have an american bc or he would show it.if we disregard this law,how many others will be disregarded at the whim of some other politician.what is happening to our constitution our forefathers fought and died for.i am highly disappointed at the american people who are letting our constitution and our flag get walked on.true americans need to stand up and demand our politicians obey the laws of our american constitution.

IF obama had nothing to hide why not prove it he is innocent. Huh, i always say if you have done nothing you have nothing to hide. So obama has done something wrong because he is hiding something.

GOOD. I know that there is a group ready to bring this same case as well, because his was dismissed. They need to move FAST on this one, and demand the proof. If he's not hidin anything, he ought to welcome the chance to clear his name. Of course, we know that isn't the case.
