Heres a lil vid of me during an encounter with police after a 21st dress up party. Way too drunk for this type of stuff so really it was a bit silly and I wouldnt recommend that people do the same hahaha, it was at around 5am so very long night. We were walking home when one bloke decided to light a magazine (that he had just purchased and got sick of reading I guess?) on fire and use it as a torch to walk home with some light. Not harming anyone was my point and when the police jumped out to make some money I kindly and gently expressed my feelings towards what their actions, it wasnt the best thing to do but it did take the attention off the guy who lit the mag up and he walked home probably a few hundred dollars richer, the police turned the attention on me and tried to get my PERSONS name and information. I was talking to them quite nicely for quite some time and not reacting to their threats of charging me for being drunk (an assumption of course) b4 anyone decided to film it and even had the Male Officer assault me (very lightly) I asked him if it was wise to assault me in front of so many witnesses and also asked him if we were equal b4 the law then did that then not give me the right to assault him back? He didnt respond of course so I informed him that I would never want to hurt or intimidate him. Anyway take a peak and I hope you guys enjoy... Shits and Giggles lol.

  • I don't encourage anyone to step in and intervene when police are harassing a person for doing something that may cause harm. If someone is drunk and wants to do something foolish and dangerous I think it is a advisable to use a little of that uncommon stuff.... Common Sense! I think discretion is to be used at all times. Exercise rights and be responsible for your actions! Peace

  • Ok the conundrum I've seen with these Freeman videos is that it seems there is no legal way for peace officers to take any sort of preventative actions against many obviously dangerous behaviors until somebody is actually harmed. If he lit a magazine on fire like that on a windy night in some areas of California(ie Malibu) during the dry season, he would have been creating a very real hazard to thousands of people. How can Freeman law prevent(as opposed to just deter) this type of thing?

  • @amalt37 OK thanks for posting, the way I see it is that if his actions were to cause a fire of some sought which lead to harm to someone or to someones property then he would be taken to court and tried by a jury of his peers (ie common law). Although there are dry, hot days in Victoria, Australia as well (ie Black Saturday) this night was not one of them. It was a winters night where the grass is moist and cold, he was also in an urban setting and not near fuel/ bushes or any kind of danger.

  • dude, I realise this is quite old but, your friends are annoying (the girls in particular), they are like children interjecting with their ignorant rants while the grown ups are talking.

Anyway, it was interesting, this is the only one of these I've seen from Australia.

  • @amalt37 if there were danger of a fire, we could all take responsibility and politely request the fellow to extinguish the flames. you cant prevent people doing stupid things, whether you're a police officer pretending to have auhority, or you're just a regular peaceful dude

  • @amalt37 ...or drive as fast as they want through red lights and stop signs..until they hit someone.

  • @amalt37 Sir I will try to inform you, I do not know where you get your ideas from but it sounds like you are makin speculative assumptions that could apply to any living being citizen or sovereign. It's clear to me you have not done any research on levels of law and your assumptions are foundational unsound because of it. All human beings are born withh in unalienable rights and the sense of right and wrong, we call this common law or the law of god e.g the 10 commandments.

  • @ChristianSarbu The fire/wind situation was just a hypothetical example. My question was essentially, since police have no authority to take any sort of preventative measures under Freeman Law, how can Freeman Law prevent stupid people from engaging in actions that create serious risk to others? Apparently under Freeman Law I could put poison in a batch of cookies and hand them out to my co-workers but it wouldn't be a crime until somebody actually ate one and got sick or died?

  • @amalt37 WELL THAT NIGHT IT WAS NOT WINDY?, if it was then in sure the person would have second thoughts but its not even relevant because he doesn't live in California. Accidents aren't a crime especially if they haven't happened yet.

  • hahaha. You obviously haven't heard of being arrested for being drunk in a public place.

  • Nice one! Well held together considering your state!
