All i remember about this show was a promo clip featuring Ritter standing there looking tough, while attempting to load his revolver-only for the cartridges to fall through and onto the floor! He was putting too small a caliber into his .38 Spl, apparantly. You had to see this gag to appreciate it.

I loved this show. The funniest one was where Hooperman had to carry a dead body around in his car because the coroner couldn't pick it up. I laughed for weeks on that one. This series is not available on DVD...yet! I figured that once John died, this show would achieve cult status.

I think the bane of this show was that people became too accustomed to seeing him accompanied weekly by at least two sexy white chicks.
