Rapturiously adored in 60's England,The Move toured only once across the U.S.,to little acclaim. Shame, that is, as these Brummie Rockers absolutely killed on stage,and, moreso, on record.
This band, which has familial ties to Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Electric Light Orchestra, The early-seventies fifties revival, the Glam scene etc., is well worth the music fan's consideration.

RIP CARLE WAYNE One of the 60's most original singers.This guy had the perfect voice and knew how to put his songs across to the audience..SADLY MISSED..

It was a time when musicians were creative and did not have to fudge pack to be famous for lack of talent. Elton John could only play with pooh to be famous.

love this song, though i am not to keen on the chorus but hey his cool voice between them makes up for it. Those crazy awesome lyrics make me pause for thought.

I only know because I played in a band in 1967 and we played this song so I bought the sheet music. But I could never figure out what a micro line was. I'd never seen a pop song with minor 11 chords before!
