@sclogse1 - One of the sensor pixels has gone bad. There is no fix for this unless you use clone tool or healing brush in photoshop.

I'm a heavy smoker, so when I went to fog my sensor, it turned grey.
I took it too the doctor and they xrayed my camera and noticed that it only had a few more shutter cycles of life left because it now has sensor cancer.
Good video, removes the mystery of sensor cleaning. I would guess that if your sensor has oily contaminants then fluids would need to be considered. Oh, and Mr. 4 bodies commentor below - I think a package of these swabs is cheaper than lugging all those camera bodies.

Aside from the modern tech, this seriously reminds me of a SCTV skit with John Candy from the early 80's. Johnny LaRue!

Shoot video with the 5D and see how obvious and annoying a dust spec is when shooting above f8. The healing brush in photoshop certainly doesn't work for motion pictures.
i am sorry but you where doing all good and then you ruined everything with you fog ! i mean are you crazy !
