Jiffy lube UOC3

Sacramento Unloaded Open Carry Member stops at a popular Jiffy lube location on saturday to get an oil change. Unwilling to leave a shotgun unattended while the vehicle was in the service bay, I brought it with me into the customer lounge.

No. Leaving the chamber open is bad practice. It allows foriegn objects and dirt to enter, which can easily jam the action

i understand what you are doing, bravo. BUT,,, you pointed the weapon at yourself, at the attendant, and you LEFT YOUR WEAPON UNATTENDED. next time you go out to "stir up emotions", can you please do it more responsibly? like holstering or slinging. gun safety number 1 rule is muzzle direction and EVERY gun is LOADED.

We are not placed here to please the police. If the police dont like it they can man up and quit. In Az everyone carries concealed and open carry. This does not cause problems for the police. It has caused problems for some really stupid criminals though.

@tristatenews I agree, I carried concealed when I visited my cousin last year. It was a great feeling. This is the whole idea behind OC is to inform the public and the police and to exercise our rights.

Thank god for texas we.dont have this stupid fuken law (open carry) ,we carry loaded guns ad concealed so u can surprise this fuken criminals ad give them no chance too react.Also we dont carry our camcorders everywhere we go ad get attention from law enforement.just do it the right way get a license to carry it concealed at all times.

@TheSFCRetired Loading the gun doesn't take more than a couple seconds, though I would much rather have it loaded anyways. If you cant load the gun for whatever reason you are basically screwed.

Thank goodness I live in Alabama. I open carry loaded with one in the chamber. Unloaded means you are carrying an expensive paper weight. I understand that is the law in California and I do not understand how citizens can put up with it.
