He doesn't actually say anything clear. Just waffles on excessively with jargon, fencesits on nearly everything and puts down those as weak who don't leave everything to go to his commune. And the interviewer is a bit creepy ..why does she keep posting images of herself looking 'devotional' and angelic? Why not just show the camera focusing on her asking the questions? I do agree with his emphasis on the importance of craftsmanship.
