It came out great, we forgot to add the last clip (working on that). One caution on using Brown Rice Syrup is that it does like to boil up, so leave room for that to happen or make sure you have tinfoil or a pan to catch the overflow. If you are not pure vegan an egg or two beaten and added in helps the pie to have a bit firmer spring to it.
