All horses are naturally on their forehand - that's simple equine biomechanics. However, considering he's a wonky, 'virtually' 3 legged ex-harness racer who would otherwise have paced with an extremely high natural head carriage... well - I was frankly amazed that he was even balanced enough at this stage to consider droppping his head lower than his withers.
