黑字白字歧視港人法理何在,天理不容Section 4B British Nationality Act 1981.簡直係惡法,,人地澳門都有都有修改,但修改前不受影­­響而子女都可以因父母係葡萄牙籍受惠,葡萄牙管治澳門一百多年­以­來，澳葡政府一直以來給澳門居民發出的是葡萄牙的旅行證件：­葡萄­牙國民護照和葡萄牙發給外國人的護照。在澳門特區44萬居­民中，­有十多萬人持有葡萄牙的國民護照。澳門回歸前，澳門居民­持有葡萄­牙護照的原因不外有以下幾種：

由於1983年10月前在澳門出生。根據《葡萄牙國籍法實施細則­­》的規定，在上述日期前在葡萄牙領土或葡萄牙管理地區出生的人­士­被推定為葡萄牙公民。因此，1983年10月前在澳門出生的­人士­，不論其血統、居住地、父母的國籍等因素，均可取得葡萄牙­的身份­證明文件及旅行證件。

因為其父或母持有葡萄牙證件，即以葡萄牙公民在海外所生的子女的­­身份取得葡萄牙的旅行證件。

隨配偶加入葡萄牙國籍。根據葡萄牙的法律規定，凡與葡萄牙公民結­­婚滿三年者，可隨配偶加入葡萄牙籍。
