It seems like a lot of people enjoyed the last video Hedgie starred in so I've decided to upload another.

This video was taken after one of hedgie's baths. He is outside drying off and exploring.

Enjoy ^_^

  • im getting one for christmas, and i wanted to know when you give them a bath , do you use any shampoo or anything?

  • @brittanylynn227 No shampoo or anything because it's not good for them if they eat it. There is special shampoo available for use with small pets. I would ask a vet or someone knowledgeable about it though. DO NOT use any old regular soap/shampoo when bathing your hedige :)

  • U dck hed, that is like naming you "humany".

    Pff, hedgy

  • @Chadeo242 The spikes are pointy but only hurt when they are scared. When they are happy and feel safe their quills are down. You can't cut the quills.

  • @RaGe0rge I would name mine Paul.

  • AWW! I really want a hedgehog now.....

  • @RaGe0rge i heard you can use baby shampoo. is this correct?

  • I must aquire myself one of these creatures.

  • @mamaluigi1999 It's part of how they roll into balls; hedgehogs have a muscle that folds the skin over the forehead so that their spikes protect the face. Same goes for the tail area, which can be pulled up over the feet when a hedgehog needs to curl up.

If he does it when he isn't being threatened, he probably just felt like a stretch. Covering his eyes is all the same to him, since hedgies are nearly blind in daylight.

  • What was he doing at the end???

  • @firekingpro

Your spelling made my I.Q. drop e_o

  • How funny is that to take a Hedgehok as a pat:P

i se planty her in holland walking on the streets

but it never came up to me to take it as a pat.

but they are really cute :) but i dont think it is very good for that kind of animals to take it as a pet
