@Anghellik9 I know! The point is, what Cooke did in 2010, was seen as legal at the time. Cherry is saying that even though it is legal, the Penguins themselves should suspend Cooke. But when Chara ran Pacioretty's head into the glass and it was seen as being illegal (the 5 minute major for interference) what should the Bruins have done with Chara? This is why the man is full of shit. He is a biased bigot and it's a shame that our tax dollars pays for his salary.
