Yes he is blind. Speaking as one with a lifelong "disability" there are all kinds of ways to adapt and use other senses to guide you. As he said , in some cases he senses direction by the feel of the wind and when on his bike, in this video atleast, Veronicas hand on his shoulder helps guide him as well. Limitations only exist if you let them in many cases

@Monaray618 He is blind yes, but being blind does not mean what you think, it does not mean total darkness, blind people can still see some shapes and different light colours so this is what makes blind people do many things. Also, when someone has lost one of their senses, the rest of them become so adapted that they are far superior to you and i's in order to protect them.
