Im a martial arts instructor and a security guard myself, i do a bit of everything. but ive noticed that there was no verbal warning before the arrest. So all three guards holding him down are in violation. Therefore all you guys filming are well within your rights to use force to defend yourselves, It comes under defending self and others by law. So you would have been better off handling the security guards yourself. Under self defense law you could have knocked them out and walked
Actually AnonOrange (the guy getting nailed) was warned several times. However, turned out they were on public property. Charges dropped against AnonOrange, and I think they've filed a civil suit against the guards.
But still overkill on the use of force (He didnt resist and posed no threat to the guards) so they are still in violation.
Then again its good that they are using the law to their advantage. I still have to calm myself when i see this vid. It makes me angry. Not because they are scientologists but to see guards using excessive force. It gives the rest of us a real bad name! I hate that. I still say if any guard goes too far, kick his ass. I would expect it if i did, and im a guard
