In the past five years Africa's emerging markets have increasingly attracted major global investment. But the continent faces important human capital and infrastructure challenges. The International Forum on African Perspectives provided a unique opportunity to discuss these and other key issues in achieving sustainable growth in the region.
In this video, Donald Kaberuka, President of the African Development Bank, Angel Gurria, Secretary-General of the OECD, Javier Santiso, Director of the Development Centre, Grace Naledi Mandisa Pandor, South African Minister of Education and Neil Harvey, CEO of Africa and New Markets Renaissance Capital, talked to OECD TV. • Warning to all Africans...the whites, especially Jews mean to suck your life blood, cheat and exploit you and do you like they've done to millions of others all over the world for centuries...before you know it they will leave you broke and homeless in your own land-white people in America are now experiencing what happens when you allow these historical parasites a toehold...wake up Africa and do not allow them access to your resources!!

  • What I don't understand about the concept of global 'economic growth' is, what is the long-term vision? Is the whole world destined to become a sprawling metropolis, with all animals restricted to parks and zoos? Does EVERYWHERE need to be able to sustain humans, grow crops, with electricity and plumbing, etc? Why do people assume this is how it SHOULD be? Tribes thrived without the need for all these modern trappings, so why is western culture & technology now a model to be demanded everywhere?

  • they dont get left behind, the funding somehow finds its way to their pockets

  • Nice try. Keep it up check out esteembpo + com for social media marketing. fsdj]

  • The leaders/governments of Africa need to spend money on roads, hospitals, access to water and basic sanitation, these often get left behind
