So... the French government has acknowledged the problem with multiculturalism, has passed their anti-burka law, is trying to be slightly more fiscally responsible and has now properly dealt with illegal immigrants. Maybe France is getting better? I don't want to get ahead of myself here. I think I'm just so desperate after seeing us USans not accomplishing anything like this stuff in the past few DECADES.

What the Hell, man? When FRANCE (of all countries) acknowledges the problem and we fail to use real solutions (though I liked the moat idea, I'm going to be honest), you know we're screwed.

@EMUmonster first of all. illegal immigrants in the u,s they do some of them pay taxes they have a # from the irs and thats how they pay taxes. and theyre not taking the your jobs. they taking the jobs that NO americans wants to do. illegal immigrants are the ones picking the fruits, are the ones working at the restaurant kitchens landscapers. etc etc. we should legalized them they must pay a fine learn english etc and eventually put them on a path to citzenshi, coz the reality is theyre here
