@kaysquared05 She is still fighting with all her heart. Jesus is guiding us and slowly she is improving. Her lung function is still very low. You can read her updates in caringbridge org / visit / melanie canete

That's the tube into the trachea.

@lifesaver173 Yes, the tube is inside her trachea... but because she is so used to have it, she learn how to be calm and awake and enjoy life while she can.

Yes, She is not only awake... she paints, write stories, make crafts... and ask and answer soooo many questions; even eat lollipops! Her spirit is awesome and never give up.
