@ronaldo77782 Hi Ronaldo :) If you do not have a food processor, then you can grate the Cabage, Carots & Spring Onions using a grater. Use the Large edges from a Grater for the Cabage and the smallest edges for the carots and Spring onion. You can add the Mayonaise, Vinegar, sugar and spices in a bowl and mix it well with a hand mixer or a whisk. Simply add the sauce to the cabage mix and voila! Ready to rest in the fridge and then to serve. Hope this helps :) Happy Cooking x
