Option 1: Take advantage of team streams on offerYou follow the standard program offer but select one or both of the special team streams on offer.In the morning: From scenarios to strategic priorities: getting your team alignedIn the afternoon: Creating dream teams: is it possible?For best results, we recommend you sign up for both as they are designed to be complementary sessions.

Option 2: Plan a special team session during the week with a dedicated FacultyWe bring your team together once during the week, to brainstorm on a given topic with the guidance of an IMD Faculty. This can be organized as an evening session in parallel to the standard OWP program offer.

Option 3: Customize your entire OWP programIf you wish to address more thoroughly a critical strategic challenge and reflect on how your team operates, we can customize the entire week's program for you.This is how it will work:In the morning, your team will attend the plenary and stream sessions open to all participants. These sessions will help your team gain clarity on strategic priorities and prepare you for execution. This will also be your chance to mix and network with people from across industries and geographies. In the afternoon, your team will attend customized team sessions specially tailored to address your specific needs, to take your team to the next level.
