what you mean is the cab is from a 70's acco..... believe me, the chassis is actually from a 1974 acco.. the one that originally had the neuss motor

Gotta love the old DD 2 strokes.. What is it 71 or 92 series sounds like a turbo model on start up??.. ClasicTVMan81... The Perkins 6.354 was and always will be a junk diesel there only purpose in life is to be a boat anchor!!

A real 1980s IH ACCO-1850 would have employed the Perkins T6.3544 diesel.

I personally prefer the 555 Cummins scream or gutteral growl of the 903 over the Detroit. Very nice much the same.
