Normally I kick out my right leg, so today I started working on kicking out the left leg. It's like starting all over again!
I usually kick out my right leg and hold it up without using my hands, but now I am working on doing a heel stretch and standing bow (both use one hand to hold the foot) while leg hooping. Right leg - heel stretch into an arabesque Left leg - kick out into arabesque Right leg - standing bow
Your leg kick-outs are beautiful, and I admire that you can kick either leg out.

Excellent, I like doing heel stretches while knee hooping :] working on getting my scorp, but that may take more time. Are you actually filipino?
