Normally I kick out my right leg, so today I started working on kicking out the left leg. It's like starting all over again!

I usually kick out my right leg and hold it up without using my hands, but now I am working on doing a heel stretch and standing bow (both use one hand to hold the foot) while leg hooping.
Right leg - heel stretch into an arabesque
Left leg - kick out into arabesque
Right leg - standing bow
