WHY WAS BEOWULF NAKED WHILE FIGHTING GRENDEL?
IT'S BECAUSE HE WANTED AN EQUAL FIGHT WITH NO CLOTHES, ARMOUR OR WEAPONS.

@seonah1994 He was naked because he wanted the fight to be fair. Grendel would have no gear so neither would he. or not fair i guess but like...even? idk ahah to prove he's a beast i guess

@seonah1994 No, Beowulf decides that since Grendel does not wear armor or wield a sword neither will he. This is a very important scene in the written work as it tells us something about Beowulf as a hero unlike any other; it may also speak of the rashness of youth, or be symbolic of the fact that while he undresses himself he is girding his spirit in the qualities that make up a hero. Beowulf actually has no time for the distractions of women.

Don't get me wrong, I love this song, but she has such a tiny voice...When she sings "Just wait" she throws it up on to the next octave but she does it fast so you don't notice that she doesn't have the range to do it properly...I think they should have chosen someone with a stronger voice. Granted the song is beautiful, but her voice just doesn't fit the Viking/Celtic/pseudo-Gaelic theme that this song should have embodied.
