Sure, muay thai stole all of pradal serey. Even if that was true, it is still a better sport and the athletes are just as strong and tough. Who cares who came up with kickboxing, we want to see entertaining fights and incredible athletes. In that regard muay thai is still number 1. Pradal serey is great, but give the thais some credit for having a great sport.

@TamerlanKuzgov I was under the impression that Pradal Serey also had ground grappling as well as stand up fighting, but there doesn't seem to be any featured here.

There's a number of arts in this area of South East Asia that are very similar to Muay Thai, it's just that Muay Thai is the one that's gained the most international fame.

muay thai is better at the moment due to the fact that its an internations sport, in the clinch it has better fighters due to more competition even though they have same rules and style they differ in the fact the muay thai fighters have better hands kicks clinch, il give elbows to the pradal serey fighters but muay thai are more complete and have been more active
