Even some americans has their own funny accents, so what's wrong with that? she's a Filipina and grew up in the Philippines so it's natural for her to have an accent. Let me ask you this, does she still have an accent when she sing american songs? You just can't sing the way she does and some are just plain jealous.

Millions of people can't speak the international language English. Millions of people have an awful accent. Instead of criticizing her accent, Just be thankful she can speak English and that she can be understood. I Support Charice!!!!

CHARICE speaks better English than MOST Americans.... Most Americans can't even spell let alone understand what and speak the proper pronunciation of their native tongue....

whats up with the accent.................there are english native speakers has a strong accent............like Aussie, Britons....to you they .are perfect!!! But see Eastern Europe are no better english speaker than the Philipins....guess not even 1/2% can speak english there.........lol...good they can speak and understand u....what about Japan and and China and etc etc....pls comment!!!

She's speaking her best in American English, unlike what people (or ees dat pee-pol) see in Philippine TV where they speak Filipino English. It is not that Filipino's have an accent when they are talking in English. It is actually mispronunciation of a lot of words in the English language. They would often pronounce the vowel "i" as "ee". Change "v" to "b" or "f" to "p". Dey wood olso pro-nawns ev-ree see-la-bol.

I can understand Arnold perfectly since he doesn't have any accent. But then yet he ain't talking much nowadays to the press. So lets chill all you educated expert critics of the english language, Charice is doing fine.

Funny thing is most of the people criticizing Charice's accent can even write in English properly in the first place.
