It's better to go full throttle. if you are going up a hill and can't make it turn around quick, or if that isn't an option, bail off the side and get a GOOD PUSH OFF, so you don't get mashed. I was a maniac during my winter rock pit days in Michigan in the 70's. Our favorite game on snowmobiles or dirt bikes was "follow the leader" where the object was to go where nobody else could follow. It lead to some pretty hairy wipeouts, but if you're quick you can bail off and not get hurt.

I'm from NJ originally and ashamed to say I've yet to ride a snowmobile, but how heavy are these snowmobiles, the only way I can see someone dying is if they ran at each other head on.

Bad plugs, replaced them with shit ass used car plugs. Hahaha, Dave's sooooo cheap.
