  • Sdcdog I would like to hear how you were able to resolve this issue with Restoration Hardware. I am experiencing a similar issue with the Dillon faucets and am looking for any additional information. Thank you!

  • On the last page of the installations, there should have been a 1-800 # for technical support for installation directly from the manufacturer. Any luck with that? I've seen instances where the sink top was too thick, and different valve bodies were needed. The faucets come with a body that can handle a certain thickness, and the manufacturer offers parts that allow for thicker sink tops.

    Could that have been an issue? The top doesn't look very thick, but maybe there's some structure under it?
