BMW 7-Series Hydrogen 7

The BMW Hydrogen 7 is a hydrogen vehicle developed by BMW that will only be produced for a limited time. It is based on the chassis of the standard 7-series. It is capable of running on gasoline and hydrogen (bivalent). The average fuel economy stands at 13.9 l/100 km (16.9 mpg) when run on gasoline, and 50 l/100 km (4.7 mpg) when run on hydrogen.

When the car is not being used, the liquid hydrogen slowly heats up and evaporates into gaseous hydrogen. The hydrogen gas tank safely vents the gaseous hydrogen, but this means the car can lose half its hydrogen fuel in 8 days.

Thamks for the video!! Been watching this car for a while and really believe liquid hydrogen can be used world wide as a main line fuel. Let's hope!
