  • Dimmi chi sei...

    Tell me who are you...

    A rare…pure…original...

    Elegance...

    Or...

    Just a dream...

    So peaceful…so graceful...

    A priceless treasure to enjoy...

  • I saw this, too:

In thrall to a thousand furies,

    I feel my spirit tremble,

    as marrying

    with past outrages

    they torment my heart.

    One stirs thoughts

    of a love spurned,

    another reminds me

    of my unavenged honour.

  • Wow!!! I just love her. She made me like Opera.

  • I have the CD and listen to this piece every day. It's so thrilling!

"When i am held by a thousand Furies, i feel my soul trembling, i feel that they, together with the past injuries, torment my heart. That woman reminds me of the broken love, and the unavenged honour."

  • Quel phénomène !

  • @aarongluzman

Graceful it is, no doubt, and many things besides, but can an aria so swift, so passionate be called 'peaceful'? It was called 'Enslaved by a Thousand Furies' for a reason. ;)

  • Not only a marvellous opera singer but also a great entertainer !
