New Years Resolution Challenge

Hi everyone! This is the official start or week 1 but you can call it week 2 if you want (because of the extension given for entries).

This week you are required to make a promise to yourself and the rest of the people in the contest that you will do something this week. Maybe it's to eat a certain amount of calories, types of food, do a certain amount of exercise each day or so many times a week. It should be something healthy that will give you some motivation and a kick start to the challenge. Make it challenging but not ridiculously hard. You can post a comment saying your promise or you can make a video response. Your end of week video on HOW YOU DID in the challenge will be due on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH. Then week 2's video by me will come straight after that. Then you should think of a little reward for yourself at the end of the week once you have completed your mini goal.

Mine is to eat 1300 calories a day and my reward will be some kind of relaxation - depends what I have time and money for!

The music is by my husband who played all the instruments and recorded it =)

p.s. I don't have a moustache, my lips just make a shadow :( lol

  • I promise to go to the gym at least 5 times this week! My reward will be buying Harry Potter part 2 on DVD, because it comes out this week :-D
