14 Year Old Girl Needlessly Tasered In The Groin By Thug Cop

A GIRL of 14 is tasered in the groin after surrendering to a police officer in dramatic CCTV footage.

Keshana Wilson is seen putting her hands up before the cop fires the weapon at her near a school in Philadelphia, US.

The video forms part of a lawsuit against the officer for using excessive force, filed at the US District Court by the unarmed teenager's mother.

She says Keshana had to be taken to hospital to have the metal taser barbs removed.

The youngster was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on the officer, simple assault, riot, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, failure to disperse and walking on the highway.

The assault and riot charges were later dismissed at a juvenile court.
The officer claims that the girl resisted arrest for swearing and inciting a crowd of students, and that she elbowed him in the chin.

I like how the video is cut to not show what happened leading to this girl being tased. If you pay attention you can tell that there was about to be a fight just before the video cuts to the girl resisting and after you see a boy in cuffs that was probably in the fight. For all of you who say f the police try to live in a world w/ out cops espically in urban settings. Everyone takes advantage of everyone and the people who try to stop it you are saying f u to.
