COM'ON this is pathetic! Previously one wannabe company ridiculously claimed that Alien DNA belongs to them and now youtube credits yet another artist that isn't even within the same music style as I am and even promotes 'them' by placing itunes and emusic links under MY TRACK.

'The Orchard Music' claims this sound recording belongs to them. -Are you MAD?? I have the original samples and can prove this is an original by me!!! What exactly is supposed to be yours in this track? Don't go stealing creations from Artist and claim it's yours. That's the problem with youtube. Any idiot can claim whatever he wants without proof and we have to justify ourselves. I've been a dj and producer way before you even started your company. Piss me off and I take you to court.

Youtube is funny. The audio track is my solely production and as I used clip footage from different sources, (though indicating them in the disclaimer), they disabled the embedding.

-Sad... seems the original concept of free streaming is becoming a 'sell out' like everything else. Just use our creativity and at the same time try to control it... yeah right. Thankfully this paradigm will end soon!

@taquion74: Mate, it's not just that they put these "V-kings" under your track in a poor attempt to promote those guys with your tune, they also capped your video views. It hasn't move much from 4,5 thousand on for a year and I know for a fact that it has been viewed at least over 1000 times additionally. Someone is trying to screw u up cuz u ain't main stream, playing the game. You got a message and they fear it.
