On this install, it looks like the motor was mounted too high. It would also help to make the door arm longer. I believe this is a Wayne-Dalton door, so having the top one or two sections damaged by the operator is not uncommon.

There is a fix to this, but it will only fix it temporarily. Simply set the arm back more and adjust the limits.
