You obviously don't know anything at all about that decision --just the hyped up spun beyond recognition version of it you heard on Fox. the test violated Title VII, the federal civil rights law that prevents discrimination in employment. Sotomayor's decision was based on following that law plain and simple. Unless you want her to "legislate from the bench" she was just doing her job. Oh but I'm just an ignorant lib.
