I don't think there is a way to stop it. I suppose it must be a window of time between the sixth downvote and the locking off of ratings. If you get more than six before time runs out, it still counts them. (Thats a guess, I'm not sure)
And I mean, he was doing it on another video, and I made a comment about it. So he came over here and messed with this video.
Plus, I'm not sure if that would be information I'd be comfortable sharing. Youtube is bad off enough already.

1. Possibly? You might be thinking of the Nautilus from 20,000 Leagues. But "leviathan" is from the Hebrew word for sea monster
