This is an insight into the sinister dark side of homophobic thinking of Cornwall Constabulary police abuse practises & protected homophobic values in the United Kingdom....still in 2010

Devon & Cornwall Constabulary have repeatedly refused to answer Freedom of Information Act requests http://www.whatdotheyknow.com regarding protected practises of homophobic conduct of named & identified Cornwall police officers. Some investigated (partly) by the IPCC (Independent Police Complaints Commission) but are still under the command of Chief Constable Stephen OTTER. Chief Constable Stephen OTTER is in 'theory' the ACPO lead for ALL the UK police forces on 'Equality & Diversity'. Whilst these KNOWN homophobic police are still serving officers...gay people are simply not SAFE!

Clearly Chief Constable Stephen OTTER & those BNP sympathising Neo-Nazi homophobic police thugs in Cornwall have clearly never heard of the Human Rights Act Article allowing the Freedom of Expression (which includes Art) & the Human Rights Act Article which inconjuction with another Act allows for the Freedom from discrimination & prejudice, (includes sexuality).

It is doubtful that Cornwall police even yet accept that homosexuality has been decriminalised for over 40yrs & that there is an equal age of homosexual consent at 16yrs (since 2001). Most police officers I can name, identify & have personally encountered in Cornwall, are quite happy to collude in covering up the homophobic conduct of their police colleagues.

*The UK Home Office released a report in 2005 stating HOMOPHOBIA was ENDEMIC throughout the UK police forces *The Met police released a reort in 2007 into police investigations of murders of gay persons, stating police homophobia hampered investigations
*In Cornwall, police homophobic attitudes & practises are common place and seemingly NORMAL procedure when dealing with gay persons (FIA : In the year leading up to March 2008 over 1,200+ complaints were recorded against police officers & staff in the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. The 3rd highest level of complaints out of the 43 UK police forces. The IPCC only knew of 933 of the complaints!)

Cornwall has the highest level of LGBT suicides in the South west

On the 12th Feb & 22nd March 2010 two CIOS police officers video recorded over six hours of gay victim/witness & documentation (inc. documentary evidence of police perjury in Crown Court) of Cornwall police corruption, criminality, misconduct & homophobia. Despite a 'Freedom of Information Act' request & complaint to the IPCC...Devon & Cornwall Constabulary REFUSE to release the video evidence.

Thank you, Unfortunately Cornwall police have kept up their relentless homophobic vendetta over the past six years. I no longer drive & never leave the house without a witness.

In 2009 I finally recieved a letter from police ADMITTING in writing that there was evidence that an allegation against me was FALSE....that would have been cold comfort had I followed through my suicide attempt.

Cornwall has the highest LGBT suicde rate in the southwest of the UK, some with police involvement!
