it seems I have just busted a reed in my harp hooting away to this song

@HippieCat55 Very true, but his infallable genius shines through nonetheless. three years since you posted that, it seems I am your past haunting you.

@HippieCat55 while the film does portray him as an egotistical maniac, it does do a great job of contrasting Anton's innovative talents against the heard-it-before sound of the Dandy Warhols. The film ultimately left me thinking the BJM was the best undiscovered band of the 90s while it leaves me hating the Dandys as much as Justin Bieber.

HippieCat Here, as a side note I didn't mean to imply that Dig was the defining portrait of the band or more specifically Anton. It just happened to be the way I found out about/ was smitten with their/his music. I think the discerning viewer can figure out for themselves that the documentary has its own agenda, and is woven together in typical rock-doc. Smoke and mirrors. The heart of things is that the BJM is one of the best bands, and generous as hell, with their beautiful fucking sexy music.

@mountainDevils anybody who calls someone a poser who likes bjm is a trendy hipster duchebag faggot. what are you in some elite club that only trendy assholes can belong? i see people doing that type of shit; acting like that around these types of great artistic bands. the truth is that they cannot appreciate the music artistically. they see it as something to be associated with which is gay.
-
you guys all are fucking posers. Anton hates you
-
sounds like mick jagger singin, great

@Jenniferka so is your face

bigbutler4, we are the same, you and I.

Personally, I think the Dandy's frontman came off as a way bigger douche than Anton.

Yeah but...Anton has stated the video isn't a valid representation of the BJM...Which is obviously true...The film is obviously pieced together to create a dramatic piece of art...I can understand why he hates it
