Starting in May I buy a bottle of tequila and margarita mix every week until the 4th of July. Then on the 3rd of July, bring home a keg and a bunch of ice and you are ready for Newport's best holiday!

Awesome! This is one of the best places on earth to be during the summer. I live about ten minutes away and I hangout here practically every day in the summer. I often see the same [lucky] vacationers every year and more and more people come every year as more and more people discover this paradise. It's not just about bikinis and sex. That's only on one side of the peninsula. The other side is families and good family times. Lucky kids. Newport is the best.

my first year i'm not at newport for the 4th in 5 years! its always fun, ride around with a bottle of vodka and beers in my backpack... bbq on some random guys grill, crash out at my buddies pad on 56th at 4pm and wake up just in time for some hb fireworks!!
