Squeezed out 10 reps with 305 lbs today...baby steps...slowly getting closer to 3 plates for 10 reps. Hopefully 2 more weeks...

10 reps in approximately 25 seconds...(I still need to improve my speed!)

  • thats impressive man i got 305 x2 i had a injury deep cut in my arm right were it moves all the time by the pit so i had to recover from that a while but most i ever got was 320 for 1 ur doing 305 like its feathers nice job again

    A false-grip is used by many, many powerlifters/bodybuilders bro....it's just as safe as the normal thumbs-around grip. But thanks for the concern.

    Keep training hard and you'll be surprised how strong you can get.
