If we assume that by meaning "billionaire" she means $1,000,000,000 and if every stare meant ten cents for her, than she must receive 10,000,000,000 stares to get 1 billion dollars. If every second 1 boy stared at her (so that's 10 cents a second) it would take her 310 years to become a billionaire.
