but the move where they make mario small is not in this game. and the context of them " remembering' moves in m and l 3 makes for sense to me instead of here where it is like ' hey mario don't we know this move? what are you talking about luigi this is a whole new move hey toadsworth teach it to us".

no it's not timing baby Mario and baby Luigi's stats are just lower then Mario and Luigi's. so that means the babies attack power are much lower then the adults.
