The only step I'd add is to cut a slit in the olives then soak them in water for a week,change the water daily.this I learned from an olive grove owner in Spain. Blue Skies! Ollie

This is delicious! Next fall at Thanksgiving this is gonna be on the table. Everyone here loves olives already, but when they taste these, they are gonna wonder how we went all these years without them. I have the feeling this will get defined as real olives!
