A Kenyan slum, notorious for high levels of violence and crime, has become the location of an award winning film.

Gladys Njoroge reports for Al Jazeera on Kibera, ne of the oldest and largest slums in Africa and the location of the film 'Kibera Kid'.

  • Ref ruthsteve : Dont say the white guyz are doing bad talking about kibera. Dont say that is a home. I have lived in kibera before and that is not a place you call home. Let the white people do something about it raila cant.
